- ● 出航時間15分前（3月～5月は20分前）の受付・集合をお願いいたします。
（お時間を過ぎますとご乗船できない場合がございます）

- ● 3月～4月期間のご予約は30日前の22時（日本時間）からの受付／ご予約はカード決済のみとなります。
（ご連絡がとれない無断キャンセルが増え、その他のお客様にご迷惑をおかけしているため、ご不便・お手数ですがお願いする次第です）
※デビットカードのご利用については非推奨。後日返金されますが、予約が不成立でも引き落としが発生します。
※3月〜4月期間ご予約以外のご乗船は当日現金でのお支払いです。
- ● 5月～12月期間のご予約は随時受付中／乗船当日に現地受付にて現金でお支払い。
- ● ご予約はネットのみとなっております。お電話・メール等でのご予約やキャンセルは承っておりませんのでご了承ください。
※キャンセルは８日前までに、ご予約時に届く「予約内容のご確認」メール本文にある
【予約内容照会画面】URLより、「予約番号」と「認証キー」を入力して、お客様ご自身でキャンセル手続をお願いいたします。
- ● 原則として、ご予約後(購入後)の日程、人数変更はお受けできません。
（ご希望の乗船時間はお間違いのないようお願いいたします）
- ● ご予約受付締切は、ご希望の乗船日の2日前0時までです。
- ● 貸切をご希望の場合は、20名様としてご予約の手続きをお願いいたします（料金は20名様分）
- ● 小人料金について（※予約画面では大人予約のみなので大人としてご予約し、当日「受付」にてお申し付けください。差額返金いたします）
- ● キャンセルは下記のキャンセル料（変更料）が生じます。
・当日キャンセル：100％
・前日キャンセル：50％
・7日前～3日前キャンセル：20％
※キャンセル料は7日前より発生します。
※営業時間終了の場合は、翌営業日扱いの受付となります。
- ● ネット予約は十石舟のみとなります。（三十石船の一般運航はありません）
- ● 安全な舟の履行のため出航時間は前後する場合もございます。
- ● 安全上の都合により運航期間・運休日・出航時間は急遽変更となる場合もございます。
- ● 雨天でも運航しております。ただし荒天等安全上問題がある場合は運休。その場合はご予約者様ご登録の電話等にご連絡いたします。

Please Read
Check-in & Boarding
● You must check in 20 minutes before departure.
● Late arrivals cannot board.
Booking Periods & Payment
● March to April.
• Bookings open 30 days in advance. • Reservations(can only be made with card payment).
*The use of debit cards is not recommended.
The money will be refunded at a later date, but it will be debited even if the reservation is not made.
• From March to April, non-reservation boardings require same-day payment in cash.
● May to December. • Book anytime. • Cash payment at reception on boarding day.
Key Policies
● All reservations must be made online.
● No changes to date or passenger numbers after booking.
● Cancellations must be made up to 8 days in advance. Please complete the cancellation procedure yourself.
